It is his / her responsibility to ensure that all processing, back-ups and printing, as detailed in the daily processing schedule, is undertaken in accordance with defined operating procedures. He / she is required to work to a high degree of accuracy, liaising closely with Production Control, Production Support and other IT functions to ensure that a quality, professional computer service is delivered and maintained at all times.
